RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATION POLICY
All return requests are subject to approval for RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization); returns shipped without RMA will not be accepted.
- TheBrandsDepot is committed to providing each customer with the highest standard of customer service and satisfaction. We will make every effort to return your item for a refund or exchange, if the order is within our return period (refer to next point for return period).
- Our goal is to have 100% Customer Satisfaction. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return the unwanted product within 30 days from the original invoice date.
- All items are to be returned back in original manufacturer’s packaging with warranty cards, user manuals, accessories and any other material included in the original packaging.
- All product returns are subject to an industry standard 15% restocking fee.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable. Product returns result in unavoidable shipping costs paid to freight carriers and restocking or handling fees charged by the manufacturer. These charges provide no benefit to TheBrandsDepot and are entirely beyond our control.
If the product is unopened and it is in the same condition you received it in:
- Customers will receive a full refund less our actual shipping cost.
If the product is opened or used:
- You may be charged a restocking fee of 15%, + our actual shipping cost to you.
- Orders that ship free will have shipping cost deducted from original purchase amount before refund.
- We do not process replacements, but only process credits in accordance with above policies.
- For orders outside of our return policy, please contact the manufacturer for warranty claims and /or repair/replacement. Manufacturers do not allow us to accept merchandise that is over 30 days old, and require for the customer to register with them. Any returns received that do not comply with the above policies will be subject to a 20% to 50 % restocking fee or returned to the customer.
